Please note that these rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Currently, the tax is 13% and includes a 7% State Sales Tax and 6% Occupancy Tax. All room reservations must be made using a major credit card. Should you have any difficulties with your room reservations, please do not hesitate to call the Biltmore's Sales Manager, Cullen McKain, at 401-455-3023. He has asked to personally handle any registration problems.

Also, should you need to cancel your room reservations for any reason, please note that you have up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty. After that, cancellation of your room reservation will result in a one night's room and tax cancellation fee. Check-in time is at 3:00pm, and check-out time is at 11:00am

The TempleCon 2008 room rates are as follows:

Standard King (Single and Double) $154.00 p/n

Junior Suite California King (Single and Double) $184.00 p/n

Premium King Suite (Single and Double) $194.00 p/n


Reservations for rooms at the Biltmore must be received by the
hotel on or before December 24th, 2008. After that date, we will
need to negotiate with the hotel for more space, and rooms may
or may not be available at the group rate, so please be sure to
reserve your hotel rooms early! Last year, our entire room
block was booked by mid-December, so please do not wait to
the last minute to get your reservations in. With the lower
per night rate this year, coupled with the higher quality of
the rooms, we expect the block to book up very quickly.
